Aquatherm Moves to New Offices (Again)
Once again, Aquatherm's NA headquarters have outgrown their available space and moved into a larger facility. From the 5,000 ft2 facility in North Lindon, Aquatherm's corporate staff have moved into 15,000 ft2 of office space, attached to massive warehousing facilities. This is Aquatherm's 4th move since coming to the United States.
"Part of this move is to help accommodate our growing staff, but a lot of it has to do with the new distribution center," said Jordan Hardy, CFO. "With all the pipe and machines that we'll be bringing in, we'd like to be able to manage it directly, rather than running back and forth all the time. This will be a huge operation, by far the largest Aquatherm DC on this continent."
The new facilities will house Aquatherm's national sales team, marketing and development teams, accounting and operation teams, and the new distribution center team. In addition, Aquatherm is planning on making on-site tours and training available to its customers, as well as engineering and design support. These expanded operations are tentatively planned for late 2012 or early 2013.
"The potential for this facility is endless," said Adam Clark, Director of Training and Marketing. "There's room here for training, for video production studios, even assembly and production. It's a little big for us now, but at the rate we're growing, we'll have it all filled up in no time."
The new location will offer sufficient space for current needs as well as room to grow for future operations.
All of Aquatherm's Utah-based staff will work from this new facility. Barry Campbell, Director of Advertising & Media Relations, and Bob Kimball, Northeast Regional Sales Manager, will continue to maintain offices at their current locations.
