The Green Schoolhouse Series is a sponsorship-driven initiative that constructs 6,000-15,000 sf. sustainable, flex-use educational facilities for underfunded K-12 schools. The Green Schoolhouse Series is a unique collaboration bringing together corporations, foundations, school districts, municipalities, community media outlets, and volunteers to build high-performance, environmentally sustainable, LEED-Platinum-designed educational facilities at low-income schools.

Aquatherm provides safer piping materials for the schools, both for mechanical and plumbing applications. The use of PP-R prevents the use of materials that can corrode, errode, or leach into the drinking water. The heat fused connections reduce maintenance costs by reducing the chance of leaks.
