When it?s your name on the plans, failure is not an option. Here are just a few of the ways Aquatherm pies help to reduce your liability and improve system performance (mouse over to learn more best viewed in IE or FF):

PP-R is inert to most common chemicals and a lot of the uncommon ones as well. Exposure to glycols and oils from mechanical equipment won?t damage the pipe or fittings. And PP-R is non-toxic, making it safe for both people and the environment.
Heat fusion with polypropylene forms a perfect bond, making the actual point of connection chemically and physically identical to the pipe and fitting. With no place for leaks or blow-offs, your connections will last even longer than the pipe itself.
Aquatherm?s unique faser-composite layer reduces linear expansion by 75%, eliminating the need to rely on bending elbows, top-hats, and expansion joints. And the pipe itself can absorb most shocks and stresses, such a water hammer and moderate seismic activity.
PP-R is not affected by the corrosion, scaling, and mineral build-up that can diminish both the performance and longevity of your systems.
With Aquatherm pipes, the systems you design will work exactly how you designed them for as long as you had planned.
Not that you?ll need it, but every Aquatherm installation is backed by a 10-year insurance policy from Zurich Insurance. This isn?t some flimsy product warranty; this is a ?13.5 million insurance policy covering replacement parts, labor, AND incidental damage. Isn?t it nice to have someone looking out for you.
Aquatherm?s PP-R pipes and fittings expand uniformly, absorbing the stress caused by freezing water with cracking, breaking, or leaking. Aquatherm hasn?t had a single reported failure from freezing in over three decades of installations, and now you won?t have them either.
