Volunteers from the staff at Aquatherm's North American headquarters are preparing for a volunteer day at a Green School House Series volunteer day on September 21 in Phoenix, Arizona.
Ten staff members are expected to attend, including members from the marketing, accounting, and warehouse departments.
"As a company we've donated our piping products to this project, and now we can get our hands dirty for a great cause," said Marketing and Technical Writer Andrew Deaver. "This is a good opportunity to give back to the community."
Every school made through GSHS takes more than two years to plan, and are erected in just 30 days by a team of 750 volunteers using a “barn-raising” approach. Drawn primarily from the school, the community, and local businesses, the team also includes professional architects, engineers, contractors, and trades people coming together to make a difference in our children’s lives.
